Good product, idea, hard work and enthusiasm do not always lead to success. It is not guaranteed if you just want something and invests some time in it, that you will succeed – your idea should be useful to the others as well.
Most startups fail during their first or second year and that means that this approach “I have an enthusiasm that moves the mountains” is slightly wrong.
Many successful entrepreneurs know that you need to have a different strategy to reach your goals. What is the main difference?
There are many ways to avoid failure. Changing your original course takes an important place among them. You can have your first idea but you cannot stick to it a 100%, if it just does not work. Your idea or product should be something that someone wants and would be happy to have it because it resolves his or hers problem.
Avoiding the worst scenario is also easy if you adjust your product or service to your customers. Smartest people listen and learn from the others and your customers will appreciate if you work by following their needs and wants.
It takes some time to accept this strategy, because it means that it will not necessarily be just your vision, but you can think of this as a new and improved one. So listen what is valuable to your customers and take your main idea to the perfection.
You need to be fully committed and willing to give up some parts of your main idea and this will save your time, energy and also your budget.
And you can’t do it all by yourself, creating a team and realizing how important is cooperation is crucial. Firstly of all you are sometimes not realistic enough and if each team member takes a responsibility for his part of a job you will also get a great result.
So you first need to learn about the entrepreneurial logic, than to be patient and thorough in your research and to understand and accept this new way of thinking. This is how you will slowly, but surely gain acceleration in your business process.
Progress step by step is crucial. You cannot learn how to run if you don’t learn how to walk. You start with an idea or a product that has sustainable functionality and it grows over time.
